FAQs

1. What is your delivery fee? Delivery-$25 within south Pinellas area. Outside will be determined by area.

 

2.Is a deposit required? Custom cakes are a $50 non-refundable deposit upon contract acceptance, Balance is due 3 days before deliver or pick up of cake. Wedding cakes require 50% at signing of contract and balance due three days before delivery..

 

3. What is your turnaround time? Custom cakes normally require 3 weeks or more in advance depending on design. Wedding cakes require at least 90 days notice. When placing an order please provide date of event, time of event, number of people to serve and pictures for inspiration or design ideas if you have them already.

               

4. What forms of payment are accepted? Cash, Visa and Mastercard. No Checks, sorry!

 

5. Do you offer special dietary cakes? Dietary restrictions- At this time I do not offer sugar-free, gluten-free, nut-free or eggless cakes. I use the best quality ingredients available, which include real eggs, real butter and real sugar. I apologize that I can’t accommodate everyone’s dietary needs.
